• Any additional charges levied by airlines, hotels, or authorities will be the responsibility of the traveler.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and modifications are governed by the individual policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, and suppliers. Applicable service fees charged by Travel Carefree are non-refundable.

5. Visa & Documentation

While we provide expert assistance with visa applications, the final approval or rejection rests solely with the concerned embassy or consulate. Travel Carefree cannot guarantee visa outcomes, and visa fees are non-refundable.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
• Provide accurate personal information and documents required for bookings and visas.
• Adhere to airline, hotel, and destination-specific regulations.
• Obtain adequate travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and emergencies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travel Carefree acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, transport operators, or events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Travel Carefree and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
